decent location, but a few issues
poor shower design early morning noise
my stay wasn't fantastic. the shower was poorly designed. it sprayed water all over the floor. the noise early in the morning from trash collection outside the window was not appreciated. this happened around 7 am and was very disruptive. breakfast was underwhelming too and it didn't feel organized.

The room was a good size. The air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was clean and modern.

mildew smell crowded buffet
Staff was helpful when I asked for directions.
My room smelled like mildew, I did get headaches every night. The breakfast buffet was way too crowded, it caused long waits for coffee and pastries.

balanced stay experience
central location good size venetian style sink issue dated decor spraying shower
the hotel had a very central location that was also quiet. the rooms were of good size, offering enough space. the decor was excellent, i liked the venetian style.
i found one of the sinks would not drain properly. the lobby decor seemed dated. the shower sprayed water everywhere, so the floor got wet.

helpful staff really good service decent variety
The hotel location was near St Mark's Square. The staff was very helpful. They provided really good service. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of foods.
The room showed some dust on the nightstands. The overhead shower head experienced mineral build up.
